Ansys HFSS 1502 X64 is the latest version of Ansys HFSS that supports 64-bit operating systems. It offers several improvements and new features over the previous versions, such as:
Layout Component Placement Enhancement: This feature allows Ansys HFSS 3D Layout to combine the electromagnetic capture of a complete chip design with Q3D RLCG parasitics at package and board for a full chip-to-system EM simulation.
3D Component Array with Platform Geometries: This feature enables Ansys HFSS to simulate large-scale antenna arrays with complex platform geometries, such as aircraft or vehicles, using a hybrid FEM/IE/SBR+ solver.
SBR+ Accelerated Doppler Processing: This feature allows Ansys HFSS to perform fast and accurate Doppler analysis for moving targets and platforms using the SBR+ solver.
Multipaction Solver: This feature allows Ansys HFSS to simulate the phenomenon of multipaction, which is the generation of secondary electrons due to high electric fields in vacuum devices, such as waveguides or coaxial cables.
Ansys HFSS 1502 X64 is available for free download for students and academic users. It provides access to Ansys HFSS, Ansys Maxwell, Ansys Q3D, Ansys Icepak, Ansys Twin Builder, and Ansys Circuit.
