Judge Mujrim is a 1997 Hindi-language action film starring Jeetendra, Sunil Shetty, and Ashwini Bhave. The film was directed by Jagdish A. Sharma and produced by Jayant B. Shah under the Shiv Shakti Productions banner. The music was composed by Bappi Lahiri and the lyrics were written by Anwar Sagar.
The film revolves around Judge Pratap Sinha (Jeetendra), a renowned judge who does not pass judgement by sitting on the judge's chair, but he himself investigates and brings the criminals to their fate. His wife, Sujata (Sujata Mehta), is a famous lawyer and his sister, Ashwini (Ashwini Bhave), is a brave police officer. The city's Mafia Don D.V.M (Kiran Kumar) plots to take revenge on Judge Pratap for sentencing his brother, Jaggi, to death for a gruesome murder of a journalist. He traps Sunil (Sunil Shetty), Ashwini's lover, in a false murder case and gets him sentenced to death by Judge Pratap. To save Sunil's life and the respect of the law, Judge Pratap has to break the law and run away with Sunil from jail. He is pursued by the police and D.V.M's henchmen, while he tries to prove Sunil's innocence and expose D.V.M's crimes.

Judge Mujrim was released on 12 September 1997 and received mixed reviews from critics and audiences. The film was a moderate success at the box office, earning Rs. 5.85 crore in India. The film features three item numbers: "Laila O Laila" featuring Ayesha Jhulka, "Parda Parda" featuring Kunika, and "Qatra Shabnam Ka" featuring Archana Puran Singh. The song "Laila O Laila" was inspired by Kadhalan's song "Mukkala Mukkabla" composed by A.R. Rahman.
